Honestly, i found the breakfast quite disappointing. the selection felt limited, and the quality just didn't match what i expected from a hotel of this caliber (i was hoping for more fresh options). also, the noise insulation wasn't great. I could hear street noise quite clearly, especially early in the morning. this made it difficult to sleep in sometimes.

The hotel location was near the Spice Market. The main public transport was not far, but I mostly walked. The Basilica Cistern and other main sites were a short walk. The staff did everything to.
The breakfast choices were limited. I stayed on the fifth floor, and noise from the rooftop restaurant was bothersome. The breakfast menu could offer a wider variety.

i enjoyed the excellent service. every staff member was friendly and cute. valeria at reception was especially helpful, and i also appreciated the bellboy's assistance with our luggage and the housekeeping team's thorough cleaning of my room. the hotel's calming fragrance created a peaceful atmosphere.
the soundproofing was insufficient. I constantly heard footsteps from neighboring rooms. it needs improvement to ensure a more nothing noisy. hopefully, this issue will be addressed soon.
